Honesty pays in the End

When she was suffering under the ire of her boss, designated as CDPO for executing her job honestly, inspiring and motivating Anganwadi Sevikas to do their job with dedication considering it a noble job of teaching poor kids and hence becoming a part of making a vibrant nation. She was activating people positively without getting intermingled with officials, indulged in siphoning of most part of fund to their own pockets. As the norms developed by petty officials (having political backing), every LS has to collect one thousand rupees every month from all the Anganvadi Sevikas giving silent mandate to them for being oblivate towards following the officials norms for running the centers. My sister having honesty in her blood refused to take any money and in stead inspired her all sevikas to run the centers well. Centers which were closed for five years were started running. In stead of getting any reward, she was victimized by her immediate boss CDPO. Transferred, harassed and asked repeatedly for letter of explanation on petty issues. For getting relief, I contacted legislative leaders of that area (all (three) of them from BJP), but non of them responded. Later a senior BJP leader suggested me to reconcile as it is the norm of the land and parties are mostly funded by this way. I told I have devoted my life for the cause and I couldn't bend. Can BJP not support a person to lead honest life? She was mute. When I asked about my plan to meet leftist leader for agitation, she gave silent nod to go ahead. That was the end. I came to understand these parties couldn't help common man rather just making propaganda.
I had no time for getting involved in all these messes. CDPO has back up of the local BJP legislative leader. Being hopeless, I suggested my sister to quit the job. But at that time her work, her honesty started paying. Pradhans of villagers, most of them were corrupt earlier backed my sister and pressed the local BJP mla to change his stand. He had no option but to instruct CDPO, who was his sister by some distance relation to consile (as Ashish Ranjan, NAPM member had filed complain earlier on behalf of my sister and she was in revengeful mood) with my sister. Everything got normalized.
Recently DM of Darbhanga, being proactive conducted a test (without specifying his intention for removal of candidate for scoring less) in which my sister was not able to reach on time as her two year baby was not well. So she scored lower than the set cut-off mark. All were upset regarding this. The earlier DPO recommended the DM for giving another chance mentioning her work and praising her being the best LS ever. Further the current DPO was also very anxious and suggested her to give explanation so that she would continue the job. My sister is really oblivious about that as she had already learned everything from this work and she wants to quit for better prospect. She is posted 15 Km away from her home and she is unable to take care of her baby and also she wants to study further. As her will is strong, she is really fragile physically as she is suffering from many ailments. But job keeps her mind busy and away from the thought of such ills.
She has become the source of inspiration for all. Wishing and praying God to give her enough strength so that she would play her constructive role in public life to bring a greater change in the lives of common man (Aam Aadmi). BJP (or its Allied in power) should have to churn its soul, and should remember that by sucking the blood of children, they cant live a long life. Their development model must be inclusive. Business class has to understand that if they are paying huge tax for running the country, then these working class are also giving their blood for running their businesses and they really deserve social security scheme.
